Honors abound -- on and off the field -- for Sand Sharks

Three key pitchers will be absent from USC Beaufort's intrasquad baseball scrimmage Saturday, but that's OK with coach Rick Sofield, because the trio - right-handers Ryan Kroko and Brock Wooten and left-hander Jared Campbell - will be playing in the Sun Conference All-Star Game in Daytona Beach, Fla.
 
 
 
 All three pitchers are transfers, Kroko from Middle Georgia College and Campbell and Wooten from Florida College.
