McNair Law Firm becomes sponsor of Don Ryan Center

Columbia-based McNair Law Firm, P.A. has become a sponsor of the Don Ryan Center for Innovation in Bluffton.

The firm, which has an office on Hilton Head Island, recently donated between $5,000 and $9,999 — at the center’s “Silver Level” — to become the center’s fifth primary corporate sponsor.

The center is a public-private program supporting new technology company formation and development in Bluffton.

Bluffton Mayor Lisa Sulka said she “is pleased this distinguished regional law firm has invested in Bluffton’s economic growth by becoming a private supporter of the center’s work with local innovators as they grow their businesses.”

The center’s public sponsor is the Town of Bluffton; other private sponsors include CareCore National, St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital, Regions Bank, Nexsen Pruet LLC, Hargray Communications and BFG Communications.

Clemson University’s program, Building the Technology Village, also supports the center. The center’s seven-member board works with Clemson’s Institute for Economic and Community Development.
