A number of local teams face must-win situations tonight if they want to keep their postseason hopes alive, while others need wins to improve their playoff seeding, so the stakes will be high under the Friday night lights in the Lowcountry.

Out today is yet another raunchy teen comedy that will appeal to those who can't get enough of the "American Pie" type comedy. "Sex Drive" tells the story of 18-year-old Ian who has met a girl online and who wants him to drive to Knoxville, Tenn., to meet her. He steals his brother Rex's (James Marsden) car and heads off on a road trip with his friends for the romantic meeting.

Some say that your vote won't count for Obama if you vote a straight Democratic ticket, or that pushing the Democratic button will cancel your vote. Some of them even PRETEND to come from the Democratic Party.

Lilly has a tiger by the tail,many Zyprexa claimants have NOT been paid yet.
Eli Lilly makes billions on diabetes treatment and also gets $4.2 billion a year in sales of their biggest cash cow Zyprexa which has been scandalized as *causing* diabetes as a major side effect.

Not fair!

Zyprexa off label promotion scandal is all over the news now.
Lilly drug reps are alleged to have called their marketing ploy,"Viva zyprexa".

Finally, some drama.

It's about time we had some dramatic conclusions around here, after what seems like an eternity of blowouts and anti-climactic endings since Beaufort High's last-second victory at Hilton Head High back in Week 1.

The Lowcountry saw not one, but two, nail-biters last night, as Beaufort High's Jimmy Legree blocked a field goal to preserve a 13-12 victory against Wando, and Thomas Heyward's Jack Rainey nailed a 39-yard field goal as time expired to lift the Rebels to a 26-23 win against First Baptist.
