Work may be a constant for all of us but our work days tend to start differently.

Maybe some of you watch the "Today" show and feel your brain slowly atrophy.

Not me. I start my workday by reading. OK, that sounds more pretentious than I intended, so let me clarify.

Time to say goodbye: Remy's Final Bash is Feb. 22

An island institution is about to close down. Remy's Final Bash is Friday (Feb. 22). The last official day is Feb. 28. It's the end of an era, but they're planning on doing it up big one last time.

The Final Bash starts at 4 p.m. with Sterlin & Shuvette, then continues with The Simpson Brothers at 5 p.m., White Liquor at 7 p.m. and Silicone Sister at 10:30 p.m.
