The city of Beaufort has released agendas for the City Council worksession and meeting, Design Review Board meeting and Historic District Review Board meeting this week.
City Council meets 5 p.m. Tuesday in the Planning Conference Room, City Hall, 1911 Boundary St., for a worksession discussion regarding allowing boat hotels in the conservation preservation district and the state investment pool. A regular, voting meeting will follow at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers to decide whether to defer or move forward with accommodation tax grants for 2013.
The Historic District Review Board meets 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Planning Conference Room for a public hearing about demolition at 1411 Duke St. and then review of that project and ones at 807 North St., 1305 Bay St., 410 Bayard St., 807 New St. and 509 Pinckney St.
The Design Review Board meets 2 p.m. Thursday, also in the Planning Conference Room, for final review of the proposed Parker’s convenience store/gas station at 12 County Shed Road.
Both review boards will also receive update on the form-based code review process.
