Only about two hours late getting into Indianapolis last night, a fate shared by hundreds, if not thousands, of my fellow travelers judging by the number of people packing the terminal and crowding around the baggage claim carousels.
I didn't get home until about 1 a.m. so I didn't see all of the snow on the ground that the area had received the night before but it was quite a sight to wake up to this morning.
The area only received a light dusting so it's not like there's snowdrifts lining the streets or anything but it sure is a pretty sight to wake up to.
All that shimmering snow. A real winter wonderland. Gk, now I feel like Danny Kaye from "White Christmas."
Today's song, in honor of the beautiful snow and cold that I awoke to this morning is Bob Dylan's version of "Winter Wonderland."
