The annual Death By Chocolate event is a chance to see how creative chefs can get with chocolate. I've been lucky enough to be a judge the last two years, and I can say they're not afraid to try something a little different. For example, I've already heard from Orchid that One Hot Mama's will be bringing back their chocolate-glazed ribs. Check out the photos below from last year's fest.
This year's event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa. Aside from chocolate, you'll get champagne and chances to bid on silent auction items. Tickets are $40. Proceeds go to benefit local Girl Scout groups.
