Plums restaurant will be the latest restaurant to showcase the Sustainable Seafood Initiative with a dinner.
The Beaufort location will hold its annual Locally Grown Wine Dinner at 7 p.m. June 12. This time, sustainable seafood is featured. Get the menu here.
The Sustainable Seafood Initiative is a collaboration among several South Carolina organizations with an interest in promoting responsible use of seafood in restaurants. (Sustainable seafood is seafood that is harvested in a way that doesn't harm the future of the species.)
We ran a story about a sustainable seafood dinner held at Factory Creek Fish Company late last year. For more information about the initiative click here.
